MeraEvents is built to help you take registrations before your event and welcome attendees on the day.

You can use it yourself, or give different jobs to your team. For example, one person can manage ticket sales while another handles the registration desk.

Ticketing: take registrations and sell tickets

Use Ticketing when you need people to register or buy a ticket for your event.

With Ticketing, you can:

  • Add the important details people need before they register.
  • Create one or more ticket types, such as Early Bird, Student, or VIP.
  • Set a price and limit the number of tickets available.
  • Ask attendees for the information you need, such as their name, phone number, or company.
  • See bookings in one place and handle changes when needed.
  • Create discounts, shareable tracking links, and a ticket widget for your own website.
  • Send attendees practical messages and reminders.
  • View your transactions and sales reports.

Check-in: welcome people on event day

Use Check-in when attendees arrive at your event.

With Check-in, your team can:

  • Search for an attendee and mark them as arrived.
  • Check attendance for a particular session, if your event uses sessions.
  • See who has and has not checked in.
  • Prepare badge designs and print badges.
  • Give trusted team members access to help at the registration desk.

A simple way to think about the workflow

  1. Before the event: Set up the event, tickets, registration form, and payments.
  2. As registrations arrive: Check bookings, answer questions, and keep ticket availability up to date.
  3. On the event day: Use Check-in to welcome attendees and print badges.
  4. After the event: Review sales and attendance information.

Tip: Start with the simplest version of your event. You can add more ticket types or registration questions later, but it is easier to begin with the few things every attendee must know and do.

Next step

Create your organizer account, then create your first event.
